Card Mailing
To ensure your cards arrive at their correct destination on time every time, our direct mail facility can operate 24 hours a day.
As the nature of customer card mailing requirements is unique, much of our card mailing equipment is bespoke and has been created to match the requirements of a card manufacturer and fulfilment house.
High quality, high speed lasering onto card carriers is used throughout for the personalisation and overprinting of both letters and other additional inserts necessary for the finished product.
We can offer both simplex and duplex lasering up to A3 size.
Our card match mounting equipment is based around the highly acclaimed Kirk Rudy and CIM card inserters. The systems read card data and matches it to lasered card carriers, which are then camera verified with the very latest technology from Lake Image Systems. These can then be matched with other items required for completion of the pack.
High speed folding and enclosing systems ensure your letters are presented professionally to the end card user.
Plastic Card Services utilise the very latest online docket systems from the Royal Mail. This gives the customers the advantage of an audit trail available at any time.
